CCI was retained to provide development advisory services to the owners of the site which included Cherokee Investment Partners, LLC. This 14-acre brownfield site was remediated to a residential standard and is being redeveloped into a 1.1 million square foot high-density residential community. Services included advising on the details of the development concept, preparing detailed financial analyses of land values, and securing, on behalf of the landowner, a purchaser/builder for the property.
