CCI was engaged to provide environmental and development management services to the owner of a 14-acre brownfield property in the Kitchener-Waterloo area on a profit sharing basis. CCI successfully obtained approvals for a 750-unit residential project on the site, and managed, in addition to the development approvals process, site remediation, servicing and the eventual re-sale of the property.
